4. Fulfillment - Standard lead time is 2-3 business weeks. All kayaks arrive fully assembled and ready for the water.

5. Delivery - Pickup at our location (13 Riverfront Trail) is standard. Freight shipping may be available for larger orders—contact us to discuss options.

6. Ongoing Partnership - Your relationship with Jax Yaks continues long after delivery. We're here for fleet questions, expansion needs, and operational guidance.
