When you order a kayak from Jax Yaks, we coordinate directly with the manufacturer's warehouse to ship your kayak. This means:

WHAT TO EXPECT AT DELIVERY

Freight Delivery Process:

Your kayak ships via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier directly from the manufacturer's warehouse.

24-Hour Notice:
The carrier will call to schedule a 4-hour delivery window.

Curbside Delivery:
Standard service is curbside. The driver unloads your kayak but doesn't bring it inside or to your backyard.

Inspection is Critical:
Inspect packaging for damage BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt and photograph it. Contact us immediately—we'll handle the claim with the manufacturer.

What's Included:
Kayak arrives in original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, warranty information, and owner's manual.
